Poor customer and product service

I have never had such poor customer service for such a poor product. When it rains (often where I live) service is inconsistent. If I tune into a channel, it may not be what I tune to or may give a black screen with a message informing me that I have not purchased it, even though I have. When I have made my complaints to customer service about the monthly fees that are not what I was quoted (indeed they are much higher) I was passed from one department to the next, and each department has no idea what the other department is doing. I continue to be charged the additional fee with no resolution. I also complained about the promise of equipment that was to be included at no additional charge, with no resolution. I wrote a letter after being passed around and hung up on twice. I detailed my complaints and I suggested an option for resolution. I have never received a letter, email or call acknowledging my frustrations. They did however diconnect my service and bill me for the $320 cancellation fee. I just spent an hour on the phone with customer service just to be told that when I signed the contract I agreed to the cancellation fee. I told her that was because I actually believed they were going to deliver the service I was promised. At this point nothing is resolved and I am angry and disheartened. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
