Dear Sir/Madam,

I am having IDEA Prepaid connection - 9552939300 from long time (approximately 3 years).

My mobile balance as automatically deduction. 4-5 Times.

I have call Customer care but Customer care Executive Don't co-operation for me? Why  

I have face this problem more than four-five time. they were Deduct amount from
my account.
So it is my kind request that please consider my complaint against IDEA for
the harassment they are doing with me.

    Hi, i m husain no is 8006978847. I port my no in idea. But it is not activate yet.i contacted idea care.care told me"doc problem".i have informed sevrel times to nodel officer. He is not responding me. I have submit my doc two times in idea zonel office .what's going on in idea.
