I have also received a charge on my account for something that was not purchased. This was automatically renewed without my approval.  This is ridiculous. I have been trying to use the numbers previously posted from other individuals who have also experienced this but with no avail. I will continue to try and find a way to dispute this. I have contacted my bank for fraudulent charges.
