With reference to the subject cited above I would like to lodge a complaint that an amount of 70/- was wrongfully charged by AIRTEL from my main balance on 21 july 2013 at around 22:18 hrs in the name of 'Value pack'. I immediately talked to the customer care who could'nt help me on this issue at all. I am shocked at this and would request the concerned AIRTEL AUTHORITIES to kindly respond and explain the valid reason or else reverse the deducted amount into my main balance.
