Virus and freeze

Hi, I will like to complain about all the Blackberry cellular phone. Its very expensive and more complicanted, but you used it for 2(two) years then its going to start freezing, when your contacts send you maybe video it pick up very fast virus, like example mine did that , it deleted all my pictures and videos, so now when I want to take pictures I have to delete some of my pictures, and really its frastration. Thank you !!!
