Cheaply made.

I just made my first and last purchase with England furniture.  After having a Lane sectional for 15 years (that still looks brand new) I was ready for a change. I decided on two sofas and two chairs - all from England.  I chose the Eliza sofa and chair.  I had the sofas done in leather and the chairs in fabric.  First the leather sofas are just CHEAP.  The cushions are rocks and fall off the couch.  The cushions move forward when you sit on the sofa and you feel like you are in a hole.  Very uncomfortable.  The sofa is also very shaky and light.  The chairs are no better, but I could get past the chairs if the sofas were not so uncomfortable.  This furniture is so light that if you bump up next to it - it moves and shakes and it is on a rug! I will NEVER buy from this company again and I will NEVER buy a sofa without researching the heck out of the company and trying some of their products beforehand.  This has been a very costly lesson.  I can't afford to buy something else, so I am stuck with it for at least the next 5 years.
