As soon as I went in the El Pollo Loco restaurant, at least two or three of their employees said the word "crazy" totally for two or three times. When one of their female employee who is a Mexican very rudely said the word "crazy", then immediately she walked and went to the back and I don't know that if she immediately went there to the back to turn on the camera recording. Then, after I got what I ordered, then another female Mexican employee said to another employee right in front of me very closely the word in TONES, and I want to mention it's in tones, the word "camura" which sounds like "camera", then she said the word "loco" which is a Spanish word for "crazy", which she is being very rude. The reason they do this is because there's a story behind that which the story is already long time ago I complained to the consumer agency that this El Pollo Loco restaurant's two female Mexican employees called me in exactly English word the word "crazy" while both of them is facing directly to my back which that one female Mexican employee said that English word "crazy" pretty loud and clear and I can hear that loud and well. That's why when they did this today they are retaliating against my complaint that I had made already long time ago, basically they acting like morons and that's the word I use right now in this form.

    You're literally complaining about two "mexicans" (why does their race matter anyways? They have name tags. Use their names.) who said the word crazy. I gotta say 1.) "They acting like morons", ever heard of proper grammar?? You're the moron. 2.) The word crazy is IN the restaurants NAME. 3.) I have yet to meet you and I can confidently say you sound crazy and probably are. People like you shouldn't be given a voice, stop trying to ruin people's lives with your silly complaints just because nobody in real life cares for your 2 cents.

      The greatest of all Nation's we have freedom of speech. If you haven't noticed it seems the fast food industries are hiring Hispanics employee's.. Here's the saddest part,  we need to hire legal citizens.

    Apparently, el pollo loco hires s-o-m-e crazy people. Most of their employees are very polite and friendly but joseph b. At store #3467 in sherman oaks is muy loco. He put cold chicken sitting on their counter into my plate then when i asked "why did you disrespect me like that?" he had an insane grin on his face. The manager said "he has special needs". I said "i have special needs also, like hot food, not cold food". The store defended the mentally challenged employee. I will go up the corporate ladder to see if anyone cares. If not, i can eat elsewhere.
    All this after eating there at least 200 times in the last six months. Stupid ass idiot joseph!
    District manager said "maybe we'll take him off the register"...But they did not. It's more important to protect a mentally disturbed employee than a customer. Wow.

    I went to store  # 3557 in Fairfield Ca we ordered our meal It was taking longer than it  should plus I noticed people who ordered after us had already  been served I saw a tray that had been sitting for a while unclaimed I asked a girl working there she looked a my receipt then acknowledge it was ours she then just looked at me the went near the grill and started chopping up more chicken I asked her again she said she was busy. really?  after I paid and was waiting even longer I told her to just refund my money she said she was sorry I told her that would be fine but all I want is my hot order of food I said the whole thing was BS and then she got on my case for saying  BS I  got my refund and went elsewhere . it would be one thing if If she would have fixed it then and there  instead of making it worse we actually went to el pollo loco in vacaville  it was more crowded but we got our order quick and it was hot .

    Today I went to el pollo loco in Laguna hills .ca. I ordered 8 pieces meal,after 25 min. I asked how many more min. Do I have to wait and the guy ( cashier) told me is not my [***] problem if you want you can come to cook you [***] chicken and the manager didn't do anything to fix the problem and it took 10 min. More to get my money back.Anyway thank you el pollo loco.keep hiring people like that!!!!

    Every day I go to El pollo loco in thousand oaks and today  The manager  was mad cause every time I go I use coupons he says it  Take them longer to make the transition  like  really lazy

    I my name is Teresa Sicairos I live close the el pollo loco in the corner of Garfield Blvd. and Garfield ave in Southgate ca. today is September 23, 2019 my husband wentmarround 11:00 amt to by a chicken tostada and a pollo bowl well the chicken on the pollo bowel was burn and the tostada the flower tortilla was old also the handicap parking if was full of water please do something with this location because every time we go there is an issue my e-mail is tereesasicairos@gmail,com   Thank youi.
