It's a cramming scam..
They will claim that "you agreed" to join some "discount membership club". They ping your credit card to test if it's active, before trying to slip through charges in the $30-$50 range every month.

Contact your bank..
If you didn't agree to this, then contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FCBA.
