If this company calls you- record every call and keep every voicemail. One of the simplest FDCPA violations is not stating the mini miranda and/or not properly verifying consumer information. This company violates in several ways. The owners Sam and Rhonda Tulumello are addicts and scam artists- but fairly smart. They have reps that call as though they're coming to your home or job to have you served as a scare tactic. Paul Williams, Ryan Davis, Joseph Wyatt, Tyler Chase, Kevin Egan, Shannon Wright, Robin Stewart,  Samantha Fields and Steve Dyer are their aliases because they do not use their real names. Sue this company everytime they call.

    I just got a call from Donald. He said he is in the 'Pre-Legal' department and my case is about to be forwarded for legal action. I don't owe anything. He even called a family member about me and this legal matter. I have no idea how he got this family members number. I have never used it on any kind of loan or application. I do not trust this company at all. I just block them.

      Beware of anyone using the terms "pre-legal," "pre-trial" or "mediation."  They want to give the impression they are attorneys.
