I was told that I would need to send them $699.00 in order to enable the IRS to tax the prize 7%.

If they ask for any money upfront - for "taxes," "delivery/transfer fees,"  whatever - it is a scam.

I received a call telling me I won 10 million dollars.  They continued to call me after I told them I didn't believe him.  On the last day I was  told to send 800.00 to a cpr in Texas to cover fees.  Needless to say I didn't do it.  Maybe I lost 10 million dollars, but I don't think so.  What do you think?

    LOL  here we go again
Ive been contacted 2 times  sound very official but I never follow up on the back phone number they give me to validate  winnings......Its sad that there are people and groups that still like to trick people out of their money and go through such  trouble to try to set up scams to  try to do this
