I am angry about the charges also, I see I'm not alone. I am a vet; that just returned from Iraq and to see the scams keep coming is ugly in any way possible. I want support and quick response for myself and the many others.

    Welcome back.  Just watch your wallet, your checking account, and your credit card statements, because as you said, the scams keep coming.  

    Too many people think stealing is ok as long as you don't get caught, and if you do, you only have to give some of it back.

    And keep in mind that the telephone is primarily the tool of con men.  

    Put your numbers on the Do Not Call list, so you know all callers are either people you know, companies you already do business with, or thieves violating the law.

    I had a similiar complaint with VitaPower and would suggest you contact the Better Business Bureau.  Because of them, I was able to get a refund.  Since you live in the U.S. I would suggest you contact Consumer Affairs.  I tried but I live in the Caribbean and complaints can only be made in person and not via email.
