I have also not purchased any thing and not have authorized any payment then how these transaction happened without my consent or OTP. I have filled dispute form and submit to the bank.

      Can you recall in last few days, what all online transactions you have made on what websites? Any online purchase you did? Any bills you paid recently via your card? Try to look at all the recent OTP/Debit messages and see if any message looks suspicious.

    I am also victim of this fraud yesterday.These people have debited my account for more than 26K for twice. :(

    I am from Romania and I have 9 of these un authorized transactions from my account in Indian rupees, which is impossible. I don't even have an Android device. What answers did you get?

    I was got the victim for   GOOGLE *Octro yesteday for similar fraudulent for Amount 26000/- INR . I have approached my bank for resolution

    I am from Mumbai and I was not aware of this. I have paid in last month Rs. 504/-. Now in this month also I got twice 504/- Rs. bill in my CC statement. When I search in Google then I got these complains and I surprise how this amount will get debit from my CC without OTP.

    i ama victim of a fraud i have not spent 26000.00at google octrao inc....this is a fraud ...this bill has come twice .....i will not only get of google but see that u r bought to jusyise .....mr pichai happens to be from chennai ....he is living up to his name

    I had 2fradulent transactions happened on my credit card with out my concern or otp as below on 27th June 19:33 (ist)
    27/06/2017  debit 26, 000
    27/06/2017  debit 26, 000

    Both are happened from google *octro inc
    Two times I lost inr 26, 000 with out my involvement.
    I never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
    Request you to help me
    What is this google site all about and refund back my amount.
    Please let me know if you need any other information.
