Where do i start ?
1) rogers lied to me and sold me a phone that was not what i asked for
2) rogers signed me up for a contract which they later changed they later changed the price for and did not notify me
3) rogers sent me an incorrect device to replace a faulty device and has now charged me 300 bux for both devices although i have sent them both back
4) rogers representatives in the customer care, customer retention, customer escalation, etc. lied to me about what i owed and what i was being charged for
5) rogers messed up my billing for about 6 months in a row
6) rogers promised to let me out of a contract and changed their minds.
7) rogers sent me to a rogers store where i was denied the service promised .. i had the fun experience of listening to the store rep and call centre rep fight on the phone about what services were provided at that location .. happened twice
8) after numerous calls and hangups and swearing etc. i faxed the office of the president ( for which i saved my fax log as proof that is was received ) to voice a complaint .. they did not phone me back.
the list goes on
so anyway .. dont ever go to rogers ever .. what a bunch of f***ing losers

After a converstation with the the BBB ( better business bureau ) I was forwarded to the ombudsman for rogers. The office of the ombudsman did send me a letter back but it was to an address that was no longer valid. Without a reponse they have now decided to go ahead to a collection agency.
In the many attempts at communication with these idiots I had one accident falling down the stairs when i passed out from fury and rage .. smashed the iphone ( which was not the phoned i was promised ) into dust, and have many holes in the wall.
Its good that this didnt happen at a counter or they would also be billing me for someones new face !!
So all this has me owing the company more or less the correct amount after I so graciously offerred to accept the cost of the destroyed iphone and the remainder of the bill. In my opinion they should cancel this bill and consider it a cheap lesson learned. As you can see its been about 3 years now and they are just getting around to it. ?
I will never go back to Rogers Mobile .. since the time of the original conflict I have successfully converted 14 customers to change to other providers in addition to new customers.
