Solicitation on my pay as you go cell

After having blasted two representatives literally scream at them to quit calling and their agreement to stop calling it stopped for 4 months.  Now they are back at it again.  I have a Samsung phone and have discovered that I can block this number so it is done and hopefully so is Rogers telemarketing.
