My husband and I had DirecTV for years each month we paid attention to our bills and each month we call Direct Tv talk to them about their billing why they were still billing more than what we actually contracted for each month they would knock a few dollars off in the next month ago back up after a long-standing period of time of sticking it out with this company  we decided enough we decided to cancel our subscription to move to a different company after all that's been done to us including being charged for movies that we had paid for years earlier this company had no respect for us my husband said we're done canceled the subscription to DirecTV only to get a phone call from a very sweet talking   Who convinced my husband that he could fix it and that it would not happen again having been customers for years we stayed Amir month later they did it again the only reason that individual called and convinced my husband to stay so that he could read change the contract to a new contract now months later after canceling after going with a different company and without   Any notification DirecTV sent my husband to collections for $123 he has recorded phone calls with the customer professionals who said that we were paid in full their words yet months later he was sent to collections when he called to check on it to argue his position there was giggling on the phone laughing do not trust this company the commercials are   Absolutely correct DirecTV's only job is to take your last dollar we will never use this company again or any company that they support or our partner to this is a very horrible company no morals no ethics no integrity and when you called to complain listen carefully because their "professionals" Are laughing at you in the background record your conversations every time you talk to them it won't help please listen to the words that I'm saying this company will screw you
