I have been receiving harrassing calls from this company regarding my car- threatening repossession. They have been calling my job leaving messages with my supervisor and also has lately left a message on my vice-president's voicemail. It is absolutely insane to be harrassed like this. My supervisor has asked them not to call my job with personal affairs 3 timees already. if anyone knows how I can stop the harrassing calls and threats are even who I can report this agency to. PLEASE let me know. I am open for any suggestions. I make my payments monthly however I never see a difference in my balance and the late charges are riddiculous.

    Many other consumer complaints are reporting harassment, sometimes when payments are known to be made on time.  They may be intentionally delaying the posting of your payments to rack up faked "late charges".

    Send all payments certified, so you have post office confirmation of the date of delivery.

    Contact an attorney, since if they are not applying your payments, they are defrauding you.  That would be consistent with harassing calls made to create the appearance that your payments are late, while also establishing an intimidating relationship to discourage your attempts to challenge their accounting.  Abuse and fraud often go together.
