phone calls, constant

I have been getting calls from this number, no name, no messages.
My cell phone has been listed on the do not call registery 4 about 6 mths. I have filed calls against this number, as well as others, every since they started calling my cell.
I don't know who they are, and i'm pissed everytime i get these calls!!
Can u help please??
