Dear DRS group Agarwal packers and movers,
I booked my households on 13th Aug'16 to shift for Ghaziabad from Kolkata. During taking bookings it was promised to deliver within 5 days if this is a direct booking. Accordingly I booked and loaded all households from Kolkata on 13th Aug in single container. To my surprise the container is yet to reach my location even after 10 days. Even after lots of follow up with Kolkata and Ghaziabad office, yet to get any satisfactory response. Most unprofessional approach I have experienced till date from any reputed house like Agarwal packers.
