failed to turn up for installation of LCD inspite of repeated req

WE have purchased a samsung LCD and a referigerator from Fridge house thrissur,Kerala.we already have samsung Karisma washing machine & 1.5 ton split A/c and are happy with the products.inspite of repeated requests Samsung service representative failed to turn up for installation & we didn't get the free offer & we are very deeply distressed
