Attempt to gain my business

I received a phone call in an attempt to set an appointment for an associate to stop by and introduce himself to me.  After a lengthy non-informative "schpeal", I attempted to discover just exactly what services this company provided.  I did not get a definitive response.  Instead I received a 2nd call to nail down the time this associate would "stop  by to introduce" himself.  I stated that I wasn't clear after a 15 minute conversation what services they provided.  The caller snidely retorted, "I don't understand, was he speaking a different language? or what?".  Who would want to business with someone as condesending as that? And he wanted to sell me some service?? You've got to be kidding!!!! Freaking RUDE!!!!
