We need to contact the FTC aka Federal Trade Commission. This scam company never disclosed the price of the two products at any time or place on the advertising. The one that was branded as NOVA and the other one was DermaGen were both advertised as pay SHIPPING ONLY. All the ad said is that you only pay for shipping. Once you give them the credit card number, you are swindled. What they do is send you the free sample immediately and then charge your card for shipping at that time. On 4/9/16 my credit card said they charged the $4.99.for shipping. What they do is wait 30 days and then bill you the full amount. $86.14. that they never disclosed to you at any time - no sales receipt with the confirmation. I didn't notice it until my second credit card bill came in May and I saw the $86.14 on May 9,2016 from the same company that billed me the month before for Shipping at $4.99. I called immediately and was told I checked a box that said they could do that. I told them I did no such thing. All the advertising page said was that I was only to pay for shipping of $4.99. The order confirmation came by email and there was absolutely nothing on it like a sales receipt indicating that I was being charged $86.14 plus $4.99 shipping. This is a total scam and there is probably an issued with interstate taxes. I tried to get the name of the company president and address and they refused to divulge it. I finally told them that I knew this was FRAUD and that is when they told me they would give me a credit. I told them that that if there was any information indicating that this product cost $86.14 retail, I never would have given it the time of day. I also mentioned that I was reporting them to the FTC. I really think we should all call the Federal Trade Commission and report this company for FALSE ADVERTISING. Do not fall for any of their lines on the phone. They know what they are doing is misleading and fraud - so hold out and wait out the games they playuntil they give you a full credit with a confirmation number. Even if they keep you on the phone for ten minutes at a stretch - threaten them with the Federal Trade Commission, over and over. My credit  had better go into effect in 3 to 5 business days as they said - otherwise they are getting reported to FTC, state and us attorney general's offices and there are attorneys out there who will sue these companies on a class action.. If they do NOT refund your money.  Contact me if you want to file a collective complaint against this company.
