Sir,
     In 2011, I bought by internet a flavor wave turbo.Unfortunately, I dont have in my hands the ourchase invoice. Some weeks after I bought this one, a part of the electric system completely burned during I was using this one. I know that the guaranty is expired now but I would appreciate much if it was possible to send me a new one.
     Spécifications: Its a convection oven, model AX-767MH, 120 v,60H2, 1300W
                             Date code 09-06-TDCO3782

    We bought a washer dryer from Sears, of course this is the worst company to purchase an appliance from because when you have an issue, they simply tell you to call their service department.

    the service department is too busy to come out and inspect your products, therefore you are screwed so never buy any appliance from Sears
