Taking money from credit card without informing and for damage not done when hired!!

Absolute disgraceful conduct by this company and no compliance with their processes! No damage done while hired vacation but luclducrous amount of almost £800 taken for 2 alleged scratches!!! Will never hire a car from them ever again and want everyone else to avoid them too! That are crooks and I am pursuing legal action to recover money!
