Poor Customer service and fraudulent practices

I order a product on July 8th for 81 dollars from newegg because it was a promo. I waited weeks for the item only to never receive it. Come to find out a few days ago my account was suspended. I contacted them multiple times and kept telling me the same thing as no one really tries to help and told me my account couldnt be unblocked. I have received poor customer service from Angel, Christie and Lynn. Disrespectful, liars, and unprofessional. I want what i ordered at the price I ordered. I am a stock holder and as we speak ive been on hold for over 30 mins dealing with what you all call customer service
