Fake credit solicitation (Identity theft)

The FCC and FTC seem to have no real solution to this problem as of now, i've made the same attempts to stop them, with no success. It's roughly 10 time a week. This fraud company will call using a random(spoof) phone number. Since they use and computer program that spoofs the caller ID(these this thing are easy to get), you cant  *69 or trace these calls. so don't bother trying. Do not give these people ANY information, Contacting the FTC and FCC seems to be the only thing we can do, but they seem to be well aware of these scam, and its not just this company either.
Funny note: i just got a scam call while writing this... Good luck everyone.
