charged again

This is the third time I have been charged for a service I discontinued years ago. These people have a way of figuring out the new expiration date on your credit card, and they don't need your 3 digit code to do this. I called my credit card company, they are taking the charge off, but the only way to stop this from happening again is to close your account and get a new card with new numbers.
