I Tried to be nice
Complaint
Upset
Country: United States
This company called me saying I owe for a bill, which I agreed, but at the moment I'm not
working, I just get Social Security Disability checks, and after I tried to explain this and ask
the guy on the phone what can I do he put this lady on the phone and she started calling me
a sorry b**tch, a trailer park trash, just all kinds of insulting names just cause I said I couldn't
pay right now. What kind of business is this to insult someone like this and when I told her
I was recording the call she hung up, this was two weeks ago, she called back today and
I asked the manager to help me with this, at first he was nice but he put me hold and after
waiting 5 minutes he came back and start saying they just gonna take me to court and she
got back on the phone issuing out more insults. Is this even allowed to be treated like this from
these people.
