Discontinued connection without a valid reason

My connections are blocked without any reason, #s are 9971590345 & 9971590344. I had contacted service centre manager Mr. Tejpal Kohli (netaji subhash marg. darya gunj) but he could only say that we are unable to help you as server is down. I was asked to provide my picture & address proof. I had given it 25 days back. I had submitted the same again on 31st July, 2008. If Airtel likes me to that an extent please let me know. I 'll give you my "Framed Picture".
It's been two days that I am running without my cell phone. No action is taken till date even after many promises by Airtel staff to unbarr the blockage. I had asked him(Mr. Tejpal Singh) to give it to me in writing that he is not able to help me with all his efforts but he declined saying thats out of his authorities...& gave me address of Okhla office.
It's really frustrating to use such a bad service. I had a good faith till this happened to me. When I was in Airtel office yesterday i saw lot many people with similar complaints

My SIM card no is 89919 40000 08735 58911
For the last two days I am getting a message of SIM card registration failed. So I called the customer service (4/11/2008 11:15 am ) they told me various reasons for this message and asked me to go to the airtel showroom to get the duplicate SIM card by producing identity proof and Rs.150. I traveled around 10 KM and reached the MG Road center and asked for the duplicate SIM. To my surprise they told me 98941 40040 is active and they said the SIM card no is different from the one what I am having with me. The lady in the prepaid counter told me contact customer care again as she cannot give the duplicate one.
From the showroom itself I contacted customer care and gave the phone it to the lady in the prepaid counter. Both had a serious conversation for more than 20 minutes and finally the unit head of customer care Ms.Sujatha raj came in line and rescued them. She asked me wait for 30 minutes time to rectify the issue. She has taken my reliance no for effective communication. ( The clock in the show room was showing 1:20 pm) From their conversation I understand that by some wrong entry my SIM card no has been migrated to some other phone no.
At 1430 I called again customer care Sujatha and understand that she has avoided me and again called at 1700 hrs. By the time she had left for the day. The representative Rena asked me wait to wait for 2 more hours . TODAY ALSO I called twice but in vein. Kindly let me know what is to be done next.
I am highly disappointed by the service provided to me.I am really fed up of all this mess I am experiencing in this cell connection. If they treat your customer like this I am sure you will be loosing all u r valuable customers in future.
Thanks for your mail below. However the money involved is more than Rs.2,500/- which is not a small amount for a person like me. I have made partial payment since I made a payment in good faith that airtel will reverse the amount which was wrongly charged to me. Now you demand to pay the entire amount that is outstanding which was wrongly charged because I have made a payment for the usage I did during this period. This is not fair.
If there is a situation that had I not paid the bills due prior to three months, will I not be asked to make the payment now. Your point of you do not have access for the bills that are older than three months is not valid. As a reputed company you should have these bills even as older as three years.
Please resolve this issue otherwise, I will be forced to switchover to other operator.

The question of reverseable amount pertains from the period November 2008 and am surprised to note that you have the facility to access my account only for the last three months. If you do not have the facility to check the bills of November 2008 and December 2008, I have a soft copy in my system which I can forward it to you for your further action. Fortunately after my repeated phone calls my bill was set alright during the last three months. But the problem started from the month of November 2008. I fully agree that last three months i was not charged for the free SMSs. But the amount charged towards SMS is between November and December.
Please look into this and do not say you do not have access for the period of excess charged and reverse the debit of Rs.2688/- which is inclusive of late fee charges. These late fee charges are also need to be waived off being a large customer.
For your information this mobile is under CUG with ReGen Powertech Pvt. Ltd., and the total connection with Airtel is approx 400 (throughout India).
