I am receiving abusing messages continuously from the rediffbol no. 73333001. How do I find out who is sending these messages? I want the name, address, email ID and contact no. This needs to be stopped.

    u can reply to the same msg and ask the person to come online.. then u can use netstat -a or netstat -s an old method.
    pl. follow the below steps to track the person.

    1) open the rediff..
    2) invite the person
    3) chat with him as a good friend
    4) try to make that person come online frequently(Have some sweet chat)
    5) Open the Commandprompt (Start-Run-CMD)
    6) just type netstat -a (press Enter key when u send the msg it has to be at d same time)
    7) check the port 1863 and there will be an ip address for the same port, Ping the ip address or take the screen shot of a ipaddress
    8) log a police complaint
    9) give the trace to the ip address(tracert Ipaddress)
    10) go to any site for searching the IPaddress of the person i.e whois.net
    11) check the provider if its a home user u ll have to log a complaint if the person is from any office the office address will appear .

    There are lot many ways to fool rediff if you dont want to contact or launch police complaint..
    ask rediff that u are from us or uk and the order is pending from the ids..

    when ever user is sending the msg he/she is registered with the id.

    so ask rediff for the same.. contact no is given on the site..

    This process may take some time but u try n try untill u succeed.

    why this rediff BOL is not working since well since longtime. Even mail server is also fails manytimes. Whats the problem when can it be solved
