Numerous complaints about ordering from Healthy4LIfe

There are numerous complaints about ordering from Healthy4LIfe. My assistant and I are researching and doing what we can to get information out there. I did find out that the following site is somehow connected to Healthy4Life. **http://www.thefeastofwealth.com/**
The phone number on each of these sites is the same 586-580-7004. They won't return calls. The name of the Distributor for the feast is Michael Vincent and he is definitely connected to Healthy4LIfe. More to come--i'm still researching.

    I've called numerous customer service numbers that are either out of service or the reps on the other end cannot help. The email addresses to send inquiries to come back undeliverable. Something needs to be done. This is wrong--pls help the consumers out here and look into these scammers.

    we are not a scam, we are experience backorder problems on a few top selling products. the customer service email get answered within 1 business day. email us at customer_service@mangosteenrewards.biz. I understand that some people are not will to wait for the product to come in and they can cancel their orders and get a refund right away.

    Consumers shouldn't have to ask you for refunds on unshipped products.

    If you are charging customer's credit card numbers BEFORE you actually have shipped, you are violating your VISA or MasterCard merchant agreement.

    I agree with Marie and TJ.   We have called several times with no results, and our emails sent to customer_service@mangosteenrewards.biz HAVE NEVER BEEN ANSWERED AT ALL!!!!   Mr Mike Vincent took the money from our account immediately after the order was placed almost a month ago and to date we have neither the product, a refund or an answer from anyone in his or Mangosteen Rewards organization.  We are contacting VISA to report this and if necessary will report him to the State's Attorney in our state for fraud. We will also contact every credit card you accept and report this to them.

    Same - 3 months no order - money taken
    I've been scammed by healthy4life. Mike Vincent sent emails promising orders until i could no longer get a refund through PayPal. I recommend all who have been scammed by him to email all the places he's posting newsletters and papers online so that they'll take him off so more people don't get money stolen.

    If you're not a scam return my money from my order back in Sept that I have been emailing for months about. I'm posting you on every scam watch I can get a hold of. I hope you remember the person you wanted to grow up to be and become that person. You can do a lot of good with the time and energy you're putting into stealing from people if you remembered what your mom taught you. Help people, don't be someone who takes money from people who can barely afford to feed themselves and are coming to you for help through the products you're promising to ship.

    I'm glad people are getting their orders through. I placed mine in Oct 2007 and the money was taken from my account, i am a full-time student with 2 children and a disabled husband, i don't know how these people can sleep at night. They never responded to my e-mails, they should be shut down, locked up, deliver what they promise or refund people their money.

      I ordered from you 3 weeks ago. My credit card was charged and I have not received my order. Please email me on my private email: lumierre3@yahoo.com and I will provide the details. Please either return my money or fulfill my order. It's illegal for you to charge my credit card without providing the goods that I have requested.

    If you were charged by Mike Vincent (Healthy4LIfe.com; MangosteenRewards.biz; speedyhealthsupplements.com; "ThinAmerica" supposedly went out of business), then please consider filing a report at http://complaint.ic3.gov.  I believe this information will be seen by the Sterling Heights Police Department (I was told to file my report here after I filed a complaint through my local police department).  You can also include in your report, if you choose to file one, the various complaints from MANY customers who also have been taken advantage of (with similar bogus excuses).  Various complaints can be found at www.RipoffReport.com, www.complaintsboard.com, and coming soon to the Eastern Michigan Better Business Bureau (I'm sure you will find more by doing a search on his name/business names).  I have also filed complaints with PayPal and contested the amount on my credit card, which is still under investigation.  Mike Vincent's home phone number is listed under Julie Vincent and is 586-274-2980.  His address is listed as 39390 Atkinson Drive; Sterling Heights, MI 48313.  I found a "Wink Blog" site (through Yahoo) (under "Michael V"), which he actually provides a picture of himself and some woman, possibly his wife(?).  He provided information stating that he was 46 at the time he wrote the blog, so he's probably about 48 years old (as listed on www.intellius.com).  His birthday is also listed as October 7.  

    You may also want to check with the manufacturer of the product(s) that you purchased through Mike Vincent's various websites and let the manufacture that he's distributing for, know that he has a lot of complaints against him and also now has a complaint about him with a local police department.  So...don't give up!  There are power in numbers; so start contacting as many complaint agencies as you can think of to report this guy.  Oh...and Mike, if you are reading this...my order IS in stock with the manufacturer that you buy from as a distributor, so there's no excuse for why you couldn't order it from them and then send it to me.  Legitimate companies will tell their customers when an item they ordered in not in stock.  My order was placed THREE months ago.  You stopped replying to my e-mails and never responded back to my phone calls after November, so I'm a little ticked off.  Your complaint paper trail has been extended...  Have a nice day...

    I placed an order on March 6, 2008, (Order # 126497641).My credit card has been billed and I have not recieved the product.Please let me know when I will receice my order. The order placed was 6 Vinila 3 Bags of Rice N Shine. I have called numerous times and sent an e-mail and got no response.

    was beging to like his way of coming across as ligtimate and was going to
    to sign up for making money taking surveys.Now I'm becoming very skepitcal
    about all of these companies that are bombarding my Pc and I'm sending them to scam and deleteing them.I also agree with you Kathy but theres's nothing that can be done to eliminate these crooks.I still need to find a company that I can work with and not get burned any suggestions?Please stay in touch.I'm afraid to post my e-mail address so send me you're reply the same way I got you're message.     You are a [***] liar and rip off anyone including your mother if you could! I ordered, was charged and no one in your sham of a ripoff had the decency to return calls of emails.! You will get yours and don't forget, what goes around comes around. You sorry son of [***] will do time for these scams.....and you deserve everything you get; who needs to watch out for terrorists when you [***] are alive.

    I am yet another customer of Mike Vincent who has been ripped off. I have called, emailed, left messages...I'm so frustrated! I have been considering calling the Better Business Bureau as well as reporting the money he PRE-charged my account as stolen. I wish I would have read this site BEFORE I placed my order. Thank all of you for informing people about this repulsive scam artist.

    I see this is the only place to get a response from Mike Vincent.  I placed an order and Have been more that patient waiting to hear what is going on with it.  My account has already been charged and no sign of shippment. Let me know what is going on with my order or this is getting reported and credit card company will be contacted also.  Order ID # 140789010

    I am not willing to wait months like all these other people.  I want my order now or legal action will be taken!
