Yak the Scam Company and their Gomless CS reps!!!

I have been with yak since 1999/2000. I signed up for the long distance service. I call to the UK most of the time. When I signed up it was 0.09 per minute to all of England
Dec/08 Jan/09 Feb/09, I was billed a special rate of 0.29 per minute to some calls in England. Yak's rate at that time is 0.05 anytime and anywhere in England. I called Yak many times long hold waits, every rep and a supervisor said they would get back to me, never did. I spoke to a cs rep and he said the 0.29 were mobile numbers. I told the gomless rep those numbers were goverment, because I ordered BMD certificates for my family tree.
I asked sc rep and a supervisor if the would change the 0.29 to 0.05, they said no.
I asked yak why did they not email their customers and inform them changes in the rate, the rep said they could that. I said to the rep "you can't do that, but yak sends emails to the customers about yak new services".
Now I will be going to small claims court.
Any one who has had the same issues or close it it, please reply or email me.

I HAVE COME TO CONCLUSION THAT ONLY SOLUTION IS TO RAISE OUR VOICE TO BE HEARD TO MASS AUDIENCES.
some of governmental institution ENABLE it because some assume Yak is cooperation this also is authority as well.
I am also victim of Yak communication, which actually turned into fraud. For last 6 months, Yak communication neglected my request of cancellation and asking for unauthorized charges by abusive phone calls. I had reported to Police and Communication Network Commissioner.
Both institution requires 20 days to investigate; therefore, Yak try to win you over the harassment calls and e-mails meanwhile, which likely victims turn to agree for authorized payment.
