Steve, where did the money go? Blaming Thomas turned out to be pure BS, since all the money went to Concord. We all know the truth,so stop trying to cover up your guilt by blaming everyone else.Nobody trusts Eric either, especially after the e mails floating around that make it clear you are guilty.
Pay City Lights !!!
I am spreading the word on my end.
The money is owed for the $100,000.00 worth of contracts he collected and didn’t pay the artists, loans from Star Sounds Productions To Cover Paying The Artists, Payroll, His North Bay Entertainment Cell Phone and misc ranging from Attorney Fees From When He Was Sued By Randy Harris For Over $28,000.00 And Lost. http://northbaye.net/Randy%20Harris%20%20Contract.pdf
He tried to slander Randy Harris by having other people send emails that he wrote under their email addresses. http://northbaye.net/Randy%20Emails.pdf

The first thing you need to know about a master con artist is that his mark, his sucker, his target never ever realizes that he/she has been swindled. The ultimate crook is the one who never gets caught. He or she is either invisible to the public media or is thought of as a respected member and/or leader of the community. That cover has been blown. Steve Leflar is exposed Lets all join behind Gig and his Labor Board suit. Lets not let Thomas continue to be attacked so unfairly. Lets protect Sheila Groves, Pride and Joy, Big City, Hot House and other good people who have suffered at the hands of Steven Leflar and Erik Simons.

ERlC SYMONS,
Plaintiff,
vs.
THOMAS SCHOENBERGER
Defendant.
Case No.; 26-50999
DECISION AFTER SMALL CLAIMS TRIAL
This small claims case came on for hearing on March 19,2010. Both parties were present and presented testimony, evidence and argument. The court took the matter under submission, and now rules as follows:
Plaintiff presented undisputed evidence that he is owed money for unpaid contracts by North Bay Entertainment (NBE), a sole proprietorship. Plaintiff presented further evidence that Defendant Schoenberger is the/an owner of NBE and, therefore, is personally liable for NBE's debts to plaintiff.
Defendant rebutted this evidence with evidence that ownership of the business was transferred in February of2Q08, to a third party, Steven Letlar, before the contracts in question were entered.
This was a difficult case for the court to decide because the evidence presented by plaintiff clearly shows that defendant continued to be heavily involved in NBE, including its management, marketing, operations and finances, and may have even wrongfully taken money from the company for his own uses, after ownership was allegedly transferred to Mr. Leflar.
On the other hand, defendant has presented the court with strong evidence that Mr. Leflar held himself out as the legal owner of the company to government agencies, including the IRS,beginning in early 2008. From this evidence, the court is unable to conclude that plaintiff has met his burden of proving that defendant is legally responsible for debts incurred by NBE after February of 2008.
Plaintiff's claim is against NBE and the sole proprietor thereof. He has not proven that Thomas Schoenberger continued to be the sole proprietor of NBE after February of 2008.
If plaintiff's other allegations against defendant are true, then it may be that Mr. Leflar has valid claims against defendant, but those issues are not before the court in this matter.
Based on the foregoing, judgment shall be entered in favor of Defendant.
It is so ordered.
