The caller yelled out my name before I could complete my greeting (very annoying)...joking about recruiting and supporting the veterans. I work for a veterans organization and I do support out veterans. He continued to try and get a yes from me after I told him that I support our veterans, so I hung up on him.

    It really annoys me when callers continue to call my name as if they know me.

    It's a scam indicator..
    For some reason, idiots trying to get something out of you think that if they act all chummy and familiar, they have a better chance.  There's really no reason to talk to strangers on the phone.
