My 3 year old LG Washer's magnetic board is bad. Called A & E on a Monday,
the tech came out said the board was bad, called and ordered a new one and left. It took one week for it to arrive. The tech came out to install it,
they had sent the wrong board. Service Tech left and never said a word.
I called and was told the wrong part had been sent a new part would be ordered. I complained and finally after 15 calls was told they would expedite part and service would be on Saturday. Friday the part hadn't
arrived I called Customer Service and was told they decided not to expedite
the part, it wasn't an emergency. The part should take another week and then I can call and schedule an appointment. Do not buy an LG Product and don't waste your money on a service contract.
