missing suitcase

my daughter & I travelled from Karachi to Edinburgh on April 26th via Doha. Both flights were on time. one out of 3 pieces of checked in luggage in Karachi, was not received due to belt failure in Karachi..
The missing suitcase cannot be located.
Menzies Aviation baggage services in Edinburgh, on behalf of Qatar Airways, informed us twice that our suitcase is arriving firstly on monday 27th then yesterday 29th. BUT, unfortunately it did not arrive. Now we are being told it SHOULD be on the next flight from Doha.
There is nothing definite: when asked where is our suitcase just now? answer: not sure, it could be in Karachi Airport or somewhere in Doha.
we went on line to trace the suitcase but there is 'technical issue'!!, due to which we cannot be well informed. extremely dissappointed..............
