They do the same thing to me.  I verified that my phone numbers are on the DO NOT CALL list, I have hit '3' which they tell you to do to no longer receive calls, I have hit whatever number it says to actually talk to someone and (I really try not to shoot them, they are only the messenger after all) and tell them I am on the do not call list and they pretty much just hang up.

The offender is Credit Card Services in my case, so this is what I now do:  every time they call, I go to www.donotcall.gov and register a complaint.  Today is the last straw.  I am posting on my facebook and any other social media I can asking who else is being phone spammed (in spite of being on the do not call list) and to get whoever will to also register a complaint.  Who knows what it will do.  Probably nothing but I'll feel better.

    Thanks for letting me rant....

I will get 3-5 calls from these people a week. I have gotten two just today (ostensibly from Delaware and Tennessee). I am on the Do Not Call list, and I just don't know how to get them to stop.

I received a call on my bussiness phone and when I finially got a live person on the phone they told me that they dont care about a do not call list or that it was a bussiness phone that they only need my current credit card rate.. What a scam really do people fall for that??

These people are incredible.  I have repeatedly selected the "press 3 to be removed from our call list" option, to no avail, and finally decided to speak with someone.  The next time they called, I told them immediately that I am on the Do Not Call list and to remove me from their call list.  She insisted that they are not telemarketers and continued to try to sell me their interest rate lowering service.  When I called her bluff and said that I do not have a credit card (and repeated that I am on the DNC and do not wish to receive any more calls), she still would not give up, asking me if I had a debit card.  I reiterated one more time that I am on the DNC, that I expected to be removed from their call list and that I would report subsequent calls to the FTC.

I have bookmarked the DNC complaint site, in anticipation of numerous future calls from these people.

I have been receiving these calls for over a year on my answering machine and lately in person.  I am at my witt's end with this company. (Credit Card Services).   I am on the Do Not Call list, I have hit 3# (to supposedly discontinue calls) repeatedly.  I have been hung up on numerous times.   Today I was told that all I had to do to get a "real" number is give them my info and then I would get a number for account services!  Isn't that extortion?   How do these people continue to get away with this?  CBS MoneyWatch reported that this is an identity theft scam.   I see reports going back years,,,,seems like they are working the perfect crime and their retaliation for not falling for it is to harass you.

The number they called in today is (cell phone) (321) 304 - 9999

Had 5 calls today alone. All different and bogus numbers.  When I try to pretend I'm interested, they hang up.  I'm buying a whistle.  I suggest you all do the same.

I have been getting calls at home from this company, whoever they are, for over 6 months. They are calling from 407-434-9999. I keep pressing the option button 3, which is supposed to make them remove you from their contact list, but they never stop calling.

I finally pressed the option to talk to a live representative. I demanded to know what the name of his company is. He said, "Consumer Services."

I ordered him to take me off of their calling list. The person apologized, and explained that there is something wrong with the number 3, which you are supposed to press in order to be removed from the list. He gave he another number to call, which would put me in contact with somebody who can take me off of of the list. This number turned out to be a private cell phone number.

OMG... I was screaming at them this morning.. I hate these people.  How did they get my phone number?  I am on a do not call list, I do not have any credit cards... they block their number to me so i have no way of knowing who is calling it just shows up as restricted.   So I can't submit a complaint without a number.  This is insane.  When I lived in California THIS NEVER happened.  Once I was on the Do Not Call List, I never received any calls from anyone.
    Yuck!!!

We have ZERO credit card debt and also are on the Do Not Call lists, for our state and nationally.  Obviously, it does not matter.  Beginning July 20, 2011, we began receiving anywhere from one to six calls daily, from different numbers.  Thankfully on Att/Uverse one can block numbers, and we're up to fiften different ones now.  But that does not stop them; they simply move on to another.  It is annoying as all get-out, as all complainants know, but what can be done?  I simply REFUSE to ever pick up the phone, allowing it to go to voicemail but of course they do not bother with messaging.  It certainly must be illegal and somebody, somewhere needs to stop this insanity.  If anyone knows how, PLEASE allow all of us to know the big secret.  Thanks!

    Sick and tired...
I've been getting these calls for over 2 years.  I used to just let it go to the answering machine because they just hang up on me if I try to tell them to put me on their DNC list.  I have decided to wage war and today when they called I screamed as loud as I could into the phone.  I need to get like a blow horn or something... If they are going to keep bugging me I'm going to make them wish they could loose my number...

I've complained to the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) more than once about this company and this very phone number.  If you look back through the dates on these complaints, this has been going on - from this same number - for years.  They've called me when I lived in other states and had several different phone numbers.  Evidently nothing can be done or no one cares.  I've thought about making a loud noise in the phone mic, but they know your phone number and if they want to they can just broadcast it to cause you even more trouble.  Since making them stop is beyond our control and getting upset about it only causes us stress and all the problems it brings, why not do the opposite:  look forward to their calls...be pleasant and take time to chat with them...laugh about it to yourself afterward.  If everyone who gets one of these calls gets them to spend time talking for nothing, they will loose money and find someone else to bother.  If not, at least you aren't making yourself stressed out and instead get a good laugh.
