Overcharge

Kay Jeweleers are absolute thiefs, bought a wedding band there it cost us $109, then after 1 year when it needs to be resized 2 sizes up they want to charge $129 plus tax for it more than the actuall ring cost in the first place.....I tried to call customer service to reason with it the only thing that happend was that I first got disconnected and then after washout on hold for over 1 over, to be told they can't do anything horrible service horrible company they lost our business.
