Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and the US Postal Inspector.
