First someone from 877-910-4195 - Unified Processing Services called to say I had a civil complaint against me. I was given the number to call for JBS Consulting which surprisingly is the same number. 877-910-4195. A Micheal Williams told me I had an outstanding claim. I've never had a Verizon account. Who do I contact to report these scammers.

They have a history of complaints reporting similar deceptive calls using vaguely threatening language that sort of implies a "lawsuit", on "debt" that appears to be bogus.
You never had a Verizon account, so you know it's bogus.
They have 5 days to send you a "g" letter, notifying you of the alleged "debt", and of your right to dispute and request verification be obtained from the original creditor (Verizon) and sent to you.  Bet they don't send you a letter.

    By the way..
Odds of some debt collector suing on a 12 year old debt, if it was real, are very small due to the likelihood that it's past SOL.  That's why this junk gets sold to these bottomfeeders, for pennies on the dollar, which is more than it would be worth if it was actually owed.  As a prop in a shakedown con, however, ;it allows them to claim they were "collecting a debt" as they appear to "incompetently" demand payment from a bunch of people with no connection to the "debt".  Verizon probably even sold it without rights to request documentation, so they planned on "bluffing" when they bought the portfolio (assuming they bought anything).  It's basically a con.
