Unwanted insurance cover

Dear AIG, I had reserved a Fly Dubai booking to Mumbai and opted to pay later. The booking was done without food, extra luggage, preferred seat, insurance etc. etc. i.e. a basic fare. Unfortunately I had to confirm by paying at the last minute to avoid cancellation of the deadline. AIG insurance is now charged to me as I inadvertently missed to uncheck the default checkbox. I feel it is not fair practice to have that checkbox "on" in the first place. The customer should have the choice to select it and should not be checked by default. I request AIG and Flydubai to return my money before the travel begins on 2 Nov 2017.
