Charging Credit cards

I also was charged $62.95 for a product that I don't have.  Originally when I bought my computer it came with a trail Antivirus from TriMicro company that actually I never used.  Somehow, now they are charging me for an Antivirus product.  I called their customer service 800 864 6027 and request a full refund and cancel whatever account I had with them.   I took around 15 days to get the money back.
