It's a cramming scam..
They use the "free trial for shipping and handling" to get your account information, then start sending automatic shipments and making repeated charges, claiming "you agreed". The "disclosures" of terms in cramming scams are commonly designed to "disclose" while minimizing the chance that you'll notice. Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
