Was talked to in a degrading manor without any answers

I was being charged more for other people in my apt. Complex being hooked up to my outlets this was done by DTV peoplei want a refund for last month but superviser Patricia hung up on me making me feel dumb. I don't want to take further action to investigate this but if no one is willing to help and hear me I will have no choice.  Please help.

      I have experienced an issue with Direct TV, and I want to say that I contacted Lyle from Satellite Lyle at 517-833-4696, and Lyle was so very helpful.  Even though Lyle is located in Michigan, and I live in Maryland, he was able to assist me and help me out with billing issues.  Thanks Lyle!!!!

      I wish I lived in Michigan....I definately would reccommend Lyle Satellite to everyone!!!!
