I went to Ross this evening to purchase household suplies such as beddings, BR rugs and curtains. As I entered the store I felt that "Loss Prevention" appeared to be alerted by me. I'm guessing it's the way I was dress on a Sunday evening since I was wearing flipflops, Tshirt and running shorts. (I guess I look homeless tonight. A homeless peson who carries coach purse, wears a movado watch and $9,000 engagement ring). I went straight to beddings as I was browsing the aisle to look for some bed sheets I saw the Loss prevention passed by then the manager walked by few time. OH LIKE I CAN EFFING FIT BED SHEETS IN MY PURSE! I ignored them, i grabbed comforter set and 2 bedsheet set. Then I made my way towards the BR rugs. I grabbed two then again saw the two [***]. One asked me if I was finding everything ok so I responded yes. Again still not paying attention to Loss Prevention to be around where I was at. Then made my way to the curtains and made my way to look at some dresses but didn't see anything that interest me. I went to the casual top area to look at some work shirt. I had a car because I had a lot of bulky stuff with me. Now there were 4 men by the registry area very closed to where I was. I made I contact with all over them. I left my cart in the front because the aisle for the clothes were too small and didn't want to block the walk way. I went to sportswear to look at some golf shirts but didn't find any. when I went back my cart went missing!!!!! I was seriously away for 2 mins! When I asked one of the associate(employee) she assisted me and asked a male associate (whatever the hell you call them) he responded "oh is it the ones with the bed sheets?, it went ot the go back area". Now I'm so UPSET! ARe F ING kidding me?!?!?!!??!!?!?!? SO all my stuff were taken out of the cart! had to put everything back in there. IF THEY THOUGHT I WAS STEALING SOMETHING THEN FREEKING APPROACH ME LIKE A PERSON AND TALK TO ME. I BOUGHT WORTH $131 OF MERCHANDISE. THIS WILL BE THE LAST VISIT TO THIS PLACE. WHILE I WAS PAYING THE LOSS PREVENTION WAS STANDING THERE AND THE MAN WHO TOOK MY CART. THIS IS THE WORSTS EXPERIENCE. AND AS I WAS LEAVING I MADE SURE THAT I WALKED WHERE THEY WERE STANDING. THE ONLY THING THIS CAN SAY IS I'M HAVE A NICE EVENING. I WILL DEFINITELY TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!

I know where you're coming from!
I too feel like they treat me like a thief when I go to Ross kapolei! Everytime I go there the loss prevention guy goes out of his way to say hello. And one time I went to their baby section to get socks for my baby and a young loss prevention newbie stood right behind me flipping through a clipboard as if he was doing paperwork! But in the corner of my eye I caught him watching me! As if I'm going to steal something! I have never stolen anything before from any store. And for them to treat a customer who's been shopping at Ross stores for 10 + plus years is truly a disgrace! Like what the previous girl said, if you suspect something or have an issue, please confront me! Don't treat me with "friendly harassment"!

Ross pearl highlands does the same!
Pearl highlands does same! Once I took handbag to the cashier with the intent of purchasing it if the price on the tag was correct. There was a clearance tag on it and it was for a really good price. I asked the cashier is that's correct and she said yes and that whatever the price tag states is correct. So she rings it up and it shows a different Price! I tell her what she scanned and what the price tag states are different. She then takes the bag to the customer service area and scans the bar code. She tells me the wrong price tag was on it. And while she was checking it the young tall skinny and dark loss prevention guy goes over to her and I guess asks her wits going on. She seemed to tell him the situation. He then loss at me with a nasty suspicious Look! W t H?! From then on that guy always walks around the aisle where I'm at. The chubby younger loss prevention guy does the same! Once he actually came up to me asked if the associate who just passed by said hello to me?! I guess radio all employees that a suspected thief is in the store! If they think trying to purchase an item that was mislabeled by their employee is a crime, they are stupid! Its ur fault the wrong tag was on it! Get a clue Ross and let ur innocent customers shop in peace! The two loss premention guy and the skinny young sup needs to go!
