Bill Discrepency for my No 8130111699

Hi Sir,

I am user of your Services since long time & my bills have never reached more than 1600 P/m.

This month Have received a notification that my bill has crossed more than 3000 rs.
When I took this connection, I opted for Power 99 Plan & 3G ( 500MB in 200rs).

Only my call bill plan was correctly updated however instead of 3G plan your team has activated GPRS free for 1st month for 200MB.

Which I have never asked.

Please look into this & provide the correct resolution so that I can made the payment.

My calls are also bared, Please activate my service also.

I have taken this connection from Mr Surender  & his no is 9818081296.

Please send me the revised bill with above mention plan which I opted in the begning.
