Pay for something I did not use or have.

I order an dress from a place called plus-one for 23 or 26 dollors from my pocket. Now they want me to pay over 200.00 for having an account with them. If i suppose to had a card or account there and did not cancel it at a certain time, I didn't know nothing about that. I did not use the card or account they say I had. They just want extra money which I will not pay for nothing I did not get. They need to check that and see did I use it which I did not. I why I told people do not go there to buy nothing. Thank you.
