Calls several times a day

The recorded voice begins by saying, "Hello, my name is Christy," and (the same voice) "Hello, my name is Angela." She says my car warranty is about to expire, or offers to consolidate all my debt. I have tried several different methods to get to an actual person, but with no luck.  Really annoying and invasive.
