NO REFUND AND SKIN RIPPED OFF

So I went to Le Bourjois Beauty Clinic & Day Spa Casula, Sydney 2170 and its the first time I try them out and better hoped they were experienced at the occupation! As I went in today the atmosphere seemed friendly and I was straight served, I went in and one of the women named Alanah assured me that my eyebrows will be done how I want them! After Alanah was finished waxing my eyebrows she has ripped skin from my eyebrows, the problem was during my time there I had not relised as my skin was still fresh and swollen and the hurt would obviously be thought out its the wax! however another thing alanah had done was uneven my eyebrows make it extremely thin that she used brow liner on my eyebrows to cover my mistake only another disappointment when I got home. I called Le bourgois complaining about what had happen and asked for a refund, she said they will get back to me only to receive a call they have a policy of no refunds! I'm taking this to tribunal as im an unsatisfied customer, victim of an inexperienced beautician with scaring !  Also with no refund with what had been done to me! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone! They are inexperienced staff!
