See the many complaints regarding this Credit Card Service, calls placed by Heather.  Bi-weekly we have these same calls, they have every phone # we own, were on the NO Call List for the second year now.  When will this SCAM every be resolved, does anyone read these request, issue has been going on for several years now.   I understand that there is a fine imposed against companies regarding harassing calls, IF you are on NO Call List,
