Hello, I have tried to pursue this via the credit card company (Chase), with no response. There is a charge on the K. THOMPSON Chase credit card (ending in 1874)  that is not a legitimate charge. Its post-date is 3/1/16 DRI*TREND MICRO "utilities" "untagged" for $80.95 - with this transaction number 113676958568. Since I don't want to send you the full CC# would you please have someone email me at gzj@perpetuapower.com as to a secure site to share these details, Thanks! Glen James

If this is an unauthorized charge..
then dispute it directly with Chase, in accordance with the instructions on the back of your statement.  Send a WRITTEN DISPUTE, mailed certified, to the dispute address on the back of your statement.  Make sure you send this immediately, so that it is sent within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the charge, to comply with FCBA.
Chase should respond to your dispute by sending you a fraud affidavit, which you fill out, sign, and return,  Chase can then reverse the charge and return your money.  In the mean time, contact Chase directly to notify them that you are disputing the charge and have them block the card number immediately to prevent further charges.
